本切藥機(jī)是中藥飲片加工的關(guān)鍵設(shè)備之一，整機(jī)數(shù)控化生產(chǎn)， PLC+觸摸屏控制，自適應(yīng)進(jìn)枓，伺服電機(jī)控制格確進(jìn)給_a能對(duì)多種形狀和大小的藥材進(jìn)行“切”加工。上下運(yùn)動(dòng)的刀直接落在輸送帶上，象手工切菜那樣輕松自如，可加工各種片、絲、粒，與現(xiàn)有的切藥機(jī)相比，具有成品率高（比普通切藥機(jī)提高 5?8%），切斷長(zhǎng)度準(zhǔn)確、調(diào)整方便，飲片切口平整、光滑，設(shè)備操作簡(jiǎn)單，維修方便，符合GMP要求。
 
Main technical characteristics
The herb-cutting machine is one of the critical machines in the herb-processing industry. The machine is digitally operable and PLC+ screen structured, could process filar, granular and sheet herb. Compared with other herb- cutting machines, it has the characteristics of lov/ bad herb piece ratio and good herb piece shape and can meet the requirements of GMP.
